Title IX & Nondiscrimination

Our commitment to an equitable campus and how to report a concern.

Campora University does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status in its programs or employment.

Report a concern

Anyone may report sex-based harassment or discrimination to the Title IX Coordinator, Harrington Hall 210, (617) 555-0180, titleix@campora.edu. Reports can also be made anonymously online.

Support and resources

  • Confidential counseling at the Counseling Center, (617) 555-0199
  • Campus Police, 24 hours, (617) 555-0911
  • Boston Area Rape Crisis Center hotline, 800-841-8371

Policies

The full Nondiscrimination and Title IX Policy, including grievance procedures, is published in the Student Handbook and reviewed every year.

What happens after a report

The Title IX Coordinator contacts the person affected within two business days to explain supportive measures — such as changes to classes, housing or work schedules — and the options for informal resolution or a formal investigation. Supportive measures are available whether or not a formal complaint is filed.

Training and prevention

All students and employees complete annual training on consent, bystander intervention and reporting. Student leaders and resident advisors receive additional training each August.
